Jenny Casson is a two-time Olympian, lightweight world record holder, entrepreneur, and leadership coach. Born in Kingston, Ontario, she discovered rowing after a running injury ended her track career, quickly rising to represent Canada for nearly a decade. She competed at the Tokyo 2020 and Paris 2024 Olympic Games, five World Championships, and multiple World Cups, while setting world records on the 2k and 6k ergometer.

Jennifer competed for nearly a decade on Rowing Canada's national team. She represented Canada at the Tokyo 2020 and Paris 2024 Olympic Games, finished fourth at the 2023 World Rowing Championships to qualify for Paris, and set world records on both the 2k and 6k ergometer. She retired from elite competition in early 2026.

Following Paris 2024, Jenny co-founded a business, began working as a leadership coach, and now works in business development for a Houston-based industrial AI company.

The through-line from rowing to industrial AI is not as unusual as it sounds. Elite sport and enterprise sales both require the ability to build trust under pressure, adapt quickly, and execute a plan that depends on other people. Jennifer brings that operating experience into her work every day.

She is based in Tampa, Florida. She speaks on performance, leadership, and AI adoption for corporate and community audiences.
